Advertising Guidelines

Agents are encouraged to take the lead in marketing and branding themselves. Our brokerage supports agent-driven advertising and personal brand development, with the following guidelines:

 

  • Brokerage Name & Phone Number:

    In compliance with Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) regulations, all advertisements must include the brokerage name and phone number. However, this information does not need to be the focal point of the ad.

  • Agent Contact First:

    The goal is to generate direct leads for you, not the broker. Your name and contact information should be prominently featured so that your phone rings—not ours.

  • Creative Freedom:

    You may use any fonts, colors, and styles for the brokerage details, as long as they meet MREC visibility and compliance standards.

  • Personal Branding is Encouraged:

    Build your own brand. Use your photo, logo, tagline, and style to stand out in the market. Your success is our priority, and we’re here to support your unique identity as a real estate professional.

E&O Insurance

All agents are required to maintain active Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage with a minimum policy limit of $1,000,000.

 

  • Agents who engage in commercial, luxury, or high-value transactions must carry coverage appropriate to the scale and complexity of those contracts.

  • Proof of current E&O coverage must be submitted upon onboarding and updated annually or upon policy renewal.

 

Claims & Deductibles:

In the event that a claim is filed against the brokerage’s E&O policy, the $1,000 deductible will be the responsibility of the solo agent or team lead directly involved in the transaction that led to the claim. This ensures shared accountability and reinforces professional standards across our agent network.

  • Responsive to clients, colleagues, and cooperating agents

  • Courteous in all interactions

  • Fair and truthful in every transaction

 

These are not just values—they are non-negotiable standards. Agents who fail to meet them jeopardize not only their own reputation but the integrity of our entire brokerage.

 

Any agent who cannot consistently operate within these expectations will have their license returned to the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC). We protect our culture and our commitment to ethical conduct above all else.
